Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Projects: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made items are non-returnable.
- Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
- Downloadable Content: Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
Return Eligibility
If your item is not listed under non-returnable items and you believe there’s an issue, please contact us first so we can assist you.
- Returns must be made within 14 of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Credited to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable: Sale items cannot be refunded.
